After our first successful Leadership Certificate Program last spring,  we made some edits to the curriculum and are starting our second round of the Spring series! This program is designed for students and staff to teach our community the skills they need in their current and future jobs. We teamed up with Mary Anne from Human Resources at the University of Utah to provide 5 training modules for our community:

2. Navigating Conflict

3. Negotiation

4. Facilitating Inclusive Environments 1

5. Facilitating Inclusive Environments 2

We will finish off our last workshop with a certificate ceremony with the Dean of our college who will sign and deliver certificates to the people who have attended all 5 modules of the Leadership Certificate Program.
